The Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Foundation keeps the memory and spirit of Justice Palma alive by ensuring that her ideals live through the works of others who, like her, have chosen a life of service to their fellow countrymen.
On July 4, 2008, the Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Foundation, Inc. (Justice Palma Foundation) was founded by the family and friends of the late Justice Palma to honor the life and career of one of the most outstanding and admirable Filipino women in the country.
The Foundation has three flagship programs:
1. The Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma AWARD. This recognizes the work of legal professionals who are in government service, in development and NGO work, or in the justice system.
2. School Support and Scholarship Programs. The Foundation supports the college and/or vocational education of students who have graduated from the Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma High School, formerly known as Payatas High School in Quezon City.
3. Legal Forum. In Collaboration with Foundation Partners, it conducts an annual legal forum as a means of improving the legal knowledge of those in the profession, the academe, and the public.
